Mission

  • Consults and formulates data quality and standardization rules, together with data custodians, in order to identify solutions that cover the needs of data managers in terms of quality, integrity, correctness, validity, consistency and uniqueness.
  • Analyzes the current status and availability of applications, analyzes the impact of changes on the current application, from a technical and operational point of view.
  • Report risks related to data quality or governance when necessary to the data custodian and the data controller.
  • Draft and agree with the external supplier, the internal IT team, the application architect the reports to be implemented in accordance with the set standards, including the data model, workflows and business processes.
  • Presents the data quality analysis to the data custodian and the data manager.
  • Monitors the results of data quality checks and analyzes the deviations from them.
  • Reviews data quality matrices and initiates actions for constant improvement, as well as alignment with business needs.
  • Documents the functional and non-functional requirements for reporting, respecting the internal standards and procedures.
  • Evaluates the need to prepare security documentation related to applications impacted by the development of new functional requirements.
  • Evaluates the need to implement the specific rules of the general data protection norms in force.
  • Identify the impact of functional and non-functional requirements to the IT architecture.
  • Request recommendations from the IT architecture regarding the technical implementation solution.
  • Establishes by estimation the necessary duration of the implementation in the phases of functional analysis, implementation and internal IT testing.
  • Prepare the short description of the estimated functional analysis solution.
  • Ensure the necessary support in the testing process for the members of the implementation team.
  • Provides support for the use of applications/PowerBI reports in production.
  • Identify and apply measures to improve application implementation standards.
  • Proposes initiatives to optimize IT applications/data platform/Reports by reusing/reducing/making them more efficient from a functional point of view.
  • Participate in the preparation of support materials for the training sessions of new team members.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimal 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Experience with data management software and tools.
