Mission

  • We are looking for our next Project Coordinator in charge of the Branches Closure and Buyers contract management program.
  • He/She supervises the implementation of closing projects on the IT perimeter of the entities of the non-core perimeter, ensures the proper execution of the contracts signed with the buyers and coordinate daily activities in relation with the buyers
  • He/she manages the budget relating to his/her scope and ensures the consistency of warranty calls in collaboration with the Personal Finance Central teams.

Profile

Main responsibilities / missions:

  • Business: Supervise the sale of entities, post sales servicing of buyers, and subsequent closure of branches/subsidiaries in geographies identified by PF management as “non-core countries” on the IT Perimeter
  • Operational: work closely with the countries to organize the segregation of the local IT structuresduring the closing preparation and set up the structure in countries and centrally to manage IT servicing (post country closure), coordinate request from buyer with different IT Teams
  • Finance: Contribute to the preparation of IT countries’ budget and forecasts

Main activities:

  • Contribute to the discussions with buyers of PF entities in Central Europe, Latam and any other countries identified by PF management
  • Contribute in the follow up with countries to:
  • Preparation of the TSA when applicable
  • Meet all the precedent IT conditions for sale of entities
  • Post-sale IT servicing and invoicing of services to buyer
  • In ensuring that PF’s branches/subsidiaries can be closed as per the timeline agreed by the PF management
  • Preparation and execution of the IT Decommissioning plans
  • Play an active role in follow up of countries
  • Be fully immersed in the major/sensitive programs to support the countries, challenge them, and raise alerts to PF management in the countries
  • Actively contribute to construction and challenging of country financial IT budget and forecast
