We have already rolled out our internal training course "Do you speak GenAI" aimed at our 28,000 colleagues worldwide. This program is designed to strengthen the GenAI expertise of our colleagues across all functions and to give them access to our tool "Inetum GenAI Playground", a secure conversational agent.

Our development, implementation, and customer service teams are supported by various GenAI platforms, including Microsoft Copilot, which we've also made available to all employees.
