Do you speak GenAI?

"Do you speak GenAI?" is a journey of assimilation, awareness and training in Generative AI. Created in September 2023, this program has been deployed to Inetum's 28,000 employees and in 5 languages, to enable them to grasp and appropriate generative AI, whatever their activities. 

Jean-François GAUDY, Head of Innovation Inetum, explains: "We are very proud of this award, which recognizes our capacity for innovation and the scale of the efforts made by our teams to accustom   the Group to generative artificial intelligence. Today, 28,000 employees are supported in their use of generative AI and have access to a secure tool. This enables them to further increase their efficiency, to the benefit of our customers." 

"Do you speak GenAI?" combines masterclasses, podcasts, e-learning and quizzes in quick and easy modules, to assimilate and raise awareness of generative AI tools among employees. In addition to raising awareness, Inetum has created and made available to all its employees GenAIPlayground, a secure generative AI platform enabling them to practice prompting. 

Each year, “La Nuit des Rois” rewards the best arrangements, based on two main criteria: performance and efficiency on the one hand, and innovation and creativity on the other. 200 entries are submitted each year, and evaluated by 60 industry professionals.
