Mission

  • Ensuring the permanent monitoring of IT and network resources, production flows, their operational management in accordance with the perimeter procedures, escalation in case of unforeseen events located outside the scope of exploitability in the documents and work procedures delivered, with the aim of respecting the levels of availability and quality of delivered services. (the monitoring activity covers 7 days / 24 hours and it is scheduled in 3 shifts per day)
  • Analyzes and treats the requests of the users from the network of units received at the unit and provides level 1 support for diagnostics and solving at the application level and at the equipment infrastructure level.
  • Provides support, technical assistance for Central departments, network and branches, daily, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Respects the availability parameters recorded in the contracts and operating conventions for equipment or systems
  • Carries out the actions of monitoring and following the application processes and flows for which it is responsible:
  • Performs the start, stop and supervision of resources, according to the planning of the day's activities.
  • Responsible for escalating incidents to level 2 if he does not have the skills to solve them and ensures that the problem is taken over for resolution.
  • Treats the alarms received from the critical application monitoring tools and ensures their escalation to the groups that deal with the technical administration of the respective applications.
  • Ensures the subsequent resumption of the processes in case of unforeseen events by launching the resumption orders provided in the working procedure or stated by the higher-level support called.
  • Maintains IT documentation.
  • Provides support in remote connection on network systems through the remote access solution of manufacturing companies for analysis and remediation of unforeseen events.
  • Contributes to the maintenance of general production conditions, ensures the availability of physical and logical IT resources.

Profile

 

  • Ensures the supervision of the automated jobs and completes the daily operation sheet.
  • Provides level 1 technical support / assistance for the company and Branches for which provides IT services.
  • Ensures the management of Core Banking users for bank operators regulated by internal norms.
  • Ensures the supervision of EndOfDays procedures for all applications for which it is implemented.
  • Provides level 1 support in solving and escalating production issues related to critical application flows).
  • Ensures the reception and transmission of data from / to partners via VPN connection
  • Ensures the flow of flows with the accounting entities.
  • Ensures the development of current monetary flows (taking over and transmitting data from institutions: Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
  • Provides IT services for archiving and restoring information.
  • Carries out activity in 3 shifts.
  • At the written request of the hierarchical managers, he occasionally performs other tasks specific to the activity of the entity in which he carries out his activity and which are provided by the normative documents of the Bank, without changing the way of working.
  • Basic OS knowledge, databases, middleware.
  • General / specific knowledge of using office applications.
  • General knowledge in the field of software and hardware monitoring solutions
  • General or specific networking knowledge
  • General scripting skills.
  • Experience in using an automation tool
  • General knowledge of ITIL framework (change management, incident and problem management processes).
  • Higher profile studies (Graduate of specialized IT technical studies).
