Creative innovation is a fundamental concern of Inetum's management. As MAAT is one of the most relevant cultural projects in Lisbon, we maintain and reinforce our support, as we continue to see this partnership with Fundação EDP and MAAT as the ideal project for Inetum's social responsibility program in the area of culture.
Joana Vasconcelos is a Portuguese artist with a career spanning around 30 years, recognized for her monumental sculptures and immersive installations. Decontextualizing everyday objects and updating the arts and crafts movement for the 21st century, it establishes a prolific dialogue between the private sphere and public space, popular heritage and high culture. With humor and irony, it questions the status of women, consumer society and collective identity.
