Inetum becomes an ACER Authorized Service Provider (ASP).

The manufacturer ACER and the company Inetum have reached an agreement whereby the technology company becomes an Authorized Service Provider (ASP) of ACER in Spain. This agreement will allow Inetum to improve its offer and provide its customers with a more complete and higher quality service.

Madrid, 18th April 2024.- Inetum, European leader in digital services and solutions, has reached an agreement with ACER to become an Authorized Service Provider (ASP) in Spain. This official recognition from ACER will translate into a more complete and higher quality service for its customers, as well as a competitive advantage in the market.

As an ASP Authorized Service Provider, Inetum has access to exclusive resources such as genuine parts, tools, training, service guides and diagnostic resources provided by ACER, and will also be able to offer direct support from the manufacturer, including specialized technical assistance and access to product information and updates before non-authorized parties.

Training and certification programs provided by ACER will ensure that Inetum's technicians are always up-to-date with the latest technologies and procedures. This partnership allows Inetum to build and maintain a strong and beneficial relationship with both ACER and customers, thus enhancing its reputation and business results.

The agreement was signed at the headquarters of Inetum in Madrid, in a ceremony attended by, on behalf of Inetum, Fernando de Andrés, director of Resales; Julio César Candil, Head of Intelligent Workplace BU; and Julián Medina, director OL Support Services. And on behalf of ACER, Ivana Clemente, general manager of ACER Spain and Portugal, and Óscar Visuña, commercial director of ACER Spain and Portugal.
