Mission
- We are looking for a Dynamics Consultant to join the Digital Team in the Finance and Operations area. You will play an important role in the Digital Team and will help with the modules pertaining to Finance and Operations and provide user support, create documentation and procedures, test new functionalities, as well as maintain a constant connection with the Product Vendors.
- You should be able to translate internal business needs into clear and precise requirements, to optimize and improve the ERP’s usage and integration with other applications.
- Understanding the Business and how it can be further implemented in Microsoft Dynamics, as well as connected to other complementary applications.
- Document Processes and create User Manuals for Finance and Operations Modules
- User Support using the DevOps methodology.
- Collaborate with business users to track showstoppers and/or additional requirements.
- Identify system requirements from a technical perspective.
- Liaise with the Product Vendors on the tasks and requirements provided by the Business Teams
- Testing Releases and Updates provided by Microsoft/Product Vendors
- Ensuring that system and company policies, procedures, and standards are being complied with
- Drive and contribute to seeking opportunities to increase agility by identifying future needs to evolve processes, services, and solutions across the portfolio.
- Able to map as – is / future state process and challenge business team to eliminate redundancies and inefficiencies.
- Lead implementation of certain processes in Dynamics implementation, together with / assisting an experienced Product Owner.
- Act as a consultant and offer solutions for customers' problems.
- Gathering requirements and contributing to defining new reports (both on the financial and operational side).
- Ensure the correct and complete integration with a reporting platform as Power BI tool.
Profile
- Relevant MS Dynamics Consultant experience, at least 3+ years.
- Strong Microsoft knowledge (Office 365)
- Advanced knowledge of Reporting Tools and Project Tracking Software (i.e., Jira, DevOps)
- Proven system implementation experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or related fields.
- Previous experience in defining/implementing reporting requirements.
- PMP / Lean 6 sigma experience / certifications are a plus.
- Power BI or any other reporting tool.
- Ambition and eagerness to learn and master new skills in a fast paced, multicultural environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – fluency in English is a must.
- Attention to detail and planning, analytical and organizational skills.
- Good problem-solving and team-player attitude.
