Mission

  • Our objective is to build and ensure the proper functioning of solutions and to guarantee the expected level of quality
  • You will be in charge of the proper functioning of Elastic Suite (also called ELK Suite)
  • You will have to manage, update, improve and set parameters of ELK.
  • Maintain ELK Solutions and be able to update the solution
  • Create and maintain standard ELK templates
  • Develop new ELK templates as per business requirements
  • Create and maintain standard Kibana dashboard
  • Suggest improvements and maintain ELK Service Catalog
  • Know how to install a platform from scratch
  • Ensure the proper functioning of the tools, in compliance with the standards and procedures
  • Participate actively in the automation of ELK Service Catalog as-well-as ensure the entire platform is managed automatically
  • Provide level 3 technical support, by analyzing and solving complex incidents
  • Follow up on the updates and evolutions of the tools, in collaboration with the vendors and the infrastructure teams
  • Ensure the documentation and the training of the users and other teams who will use those tools, as well-as documentation for automatic or manual agent deployment
  • Help Integration users to deploy by themselves if automation is not possible
  • Pre-validate production releases
  • Participate in workshops with architects
  • On-Call Duty is required

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Good experience in middleware solutions or Infrastructure services context
  • Knowledge and ability to write Ansible playbooks
  • Be certified Elastic Certified Engineer and Elastic Certified Analytic. Elastic Certified Observability Engineer could be a plus
  • Knowledge of Zabbix could be a plus
  • Fluent English, spoken and written. French could be a plus
  • Ability to analyze, synthesize and solve problems
  • Team spirit, collaboration, and communication
