Mission

  • We are looking for an architect to join the Access Lifecycle Solutions team and help design the Identity and Access related solutions for multiple topics change which are required to remediate audits, migrate to new Identity & Access solutions (Cloud), upgrade the legacy systems.
  • The Access Lifecycle Solutions (ALS) team is part of the Identity & Access. The ALS architect team designs strategic solutions for various strategic and critical applications, which are managing the request, approval, provision, review, and revocation of access to IT assets across the organization.
  • The solutions manage processes driven by Human Resources such as Joiners, Movers and Leavers, orchestrated automatically in conjunction with other services across the organization, or by user request. Our solutions have global scope, reaching everyone in the organization, and managing access to infrastructure, data, and a large number (several thousands) of business applications.
  • Work with business to confirm the requirements.
  • Define solutions to meet the needs and requirements of stakeholders and to meet the demands of the company’s strategic direction.
  • Work with various technical teams to understand the dependency and jointly work with the solutions when there are interlinks between different systems.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings to unblock dependency if required.
  • Review and approve the designs which were created by other teams, or vendors which impact ALS systems.
  • Understand and consider operational, regulatory and other risks related to the service
  • Work with development team to initiate the development plan based on the agreed design
  • Consult development team, testing team, BA team to ensure same understanding of the solution and status

Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Experience working in complex IT systems, understand the large-scale thinking and approach of a global service
  • Experience of Identity and Access systems (with a focus on request & approval, provisioning, recertification, admissions/exits)
  • Experience in Architect, designing solutions
  • Good understanding of Information Security Control frameworks
  • Experience working in Cloud environment, experience with Cloud migration is a plus
  • Completed degree in IT or a comparable qualification.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills (English fluent, German is a plus)
  • Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, reliability, flexibility, and leadership.
  • High degree of customer orientation
  • Cloud Architect qualification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Mainframe access, Active Directory, OIM, ForgeRock, SailPoint is a plus.
