IT Business Systems Analyst M/F - Payments

Mission

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiast business systems analyst to join our dynamic, collaborative and reliable team.

  • Interact with business lines to clarify business flow and requirements;
  • Assess feasibility, benefits and risks and provide opinions and recommendations;
  • Analyse the impact of business requirements on the existing       and overall IT environment;
  • Provide effort estimates for the analysis work;
  • Transform business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications;
  • Writing user story and technical specification in Agile methodology;
  • Participate in the solution design, support development and testing;
  • Maintain specifications up to date throughout the project, operating the approved changes;
  • Provide post-implementation support to system administrators during stabilization;
  • Provide functional and gap analysis in application acquisition (RFPs). Document specific requirements and participate in the evaluation process;
  •  Perform Sanity testing.

Profile

  • 5+ years experience in business & system analysis English (spoken and written) at proficient level Fluent in SQL;

  • API’ s Interface knowledge; previous experience in designing interfaces;

  • Previous experience with Payments projects and good understanding of the payment systems from any products / debit instruments/ direct debit/ treasury products in local currency and foreign currency;

  • Knowledge of SWIFT messages MT and ISO 20022;

  • Software Requirements Specifications (MDW/RICE, Java, ODI, SRS);

  • Sequence/ Activity/ Process Diagrams (PlantUML, Drowio);

  • Integration ( API, Event, ETL, MQ, Batch);

  • ELK/Kibana;

  • Jira and Confluence; 

  • Have a structured, analytical thinking and come up with new innovative ideas;

  • Have experience working on large projects as well as regular changes;

  • Have good presentation skills;

  • Are focused on finding solutions;

  • Can easily and clearly communicate with business and IT colleagues; Can create good work relations based on trust and responsibility;

  • Are a team player, energetic person with a desire to learn and progress.
