Mission

  • As a Peoplesoft developer, you will work on a comprehensive suite of HR processes: workforce administration, payroll and compensation and self-service activities. We are looking for a candidate that can work in a multi-partners environment, able to enhance and maintain existing solutions, as well as ensure maintenance and support to legacy solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Application maintenance in response to technical evolutions or business change requests
  • Application support in response to service disruptions or incidents
  • Monitoring and adapting the code as requested in various requests (technical specifications, performance, security)
  • Ensure proper documentation of all solutions and changes developed and released in production
  • Ensure adherence to the company standards
  • Overall responsible for following entire software development lifecycle (functional and technical specifications, developments, testing, production deployment and support)
  • Ensure very good communication with a wide range of stakeholders: senior developers, business analysts, HR partners, security team etc.
  • Work in an Agile set up

Profile

  • Junior developer on Peoplesoft, main competency required is People code
  • Shell, People code, Control M, XML Publisher, Application Engine, SQR, Application package, Integration Broker
  • English level B2+
  • Preferably bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of Peoplesoft HCM modules and PeopleTools
  • Familiarity with SQL and relational databases
  • Problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of application development lifecycle practices
  • Project/ticketing tools: Jira
