Mission

  • Govern vendor teams that are responsible for Level 2 support and continuously improve the operations service management process ensuring best in class production support services
  • Govern vendor teams that are responsible for Level 3 support and continuously improve issue management, problem fixing cycles and processes to stabilize the systems
  • Engage with multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders within and outside the bank to resolve issues and dependencies.
  • Report to management on the critical incidents and work with vendor for the resolution plan
  • Respond to internal and external audit request and other queries related to RTB
  • In case of existing audit, work with vendor to collect adequate evidence to close audit points
  • Support ITAO (Application owner) to optimize the compliant process of Accessio
  • Understand the technical compliant requirement (vulnerability, out-dated version, scanning, etc), also on GCP Platform level, and their criticality then have the plan to action / remediate
  • Effective and efficient implementation of automated identity and access management processes
  • Implementation of measures to increase compliance and performance of the solution
  • Ensuring software quality and compliance within the software development lifecycle
  • Design and implementation of business processes on the central identity and access management solution
  • Ensuring compliance to software development standards and best practices
  • Proactive and individual management of risks, issues, and improvements
  • Engineering support for central identity and access management solution

Profile

  • Experience in Production Services &managing technology of larger, complex IT systems
  • Experience in managing vendor teams, including experience working with the contract negotiation
  • Experience working in Cloud environment and understand the related compliant requirements
  • Knowledge of access lifecycle systems (with a focus on request & approval, provisioning, recertification, admissions/exits) is desired.
  • Knowledge of Mainframe access, Active Directory access, and Cloud solutions is a plus
  • Knowledge of SDLC processes
  • Experience in managing vendor teams
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience
  • Completed degree in IT or a comparable qualification.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Excellent communication skills (English fluent, German is a plus)
  • Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, reliability, flexibility, and leadership
  • High degree of customer orientation
  • Any one of the market leading Identity & Access tool (like One Identity, Sailpoint, Forgerock etc)
