Main Tasks

• Technical support of all the environments hosting applications
• Ensuring support to the IT development and Application Support team
• Manage applications migrations/re-hosting
• Coordinate the change management for all the applications in scope

Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar;
• + 3 years of experience in application/production support;
• Experience with Windows, Linux and Unix;
• Knowledge of scripting languages and network;
• Understanding of ITIL;
• Team-work driven;
• Good analytical skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Fluency in English is mandatory;
• Hybrid work in the office in Lisbon (1/2x per week).
