Mission

We are looking for a Regulatory Projects Team Leader to join our Inetum Team and be a part of a work culture focused on innovation!

Location: Lisbon 

Main Responsibilities:                                     

• Manage the team’s operations in line with regulatory changes and recommendations from auditors
• Propose effective solutions for projects and communicate updates to relevant teams, explaining how they will integrate into current processes
• Oversee recruitment, set goals, conduct appraisals, and assign backups to ensure continuity. Mentor new team members
• Manage the operational scope of the team in light of the regulatory changes and recommendations issued by the Bank’s regulatory bodies and auditors.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or similar
• + 4 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of Accounting and Finance                              
• Experience with Project management      
• MS Office                                      
• Excellent communication skills
• Driven to team work
• Fluency in English
• Hybrid work - office in Lisbon (1/2x per week)
