Release date :

Bringing with her over twenty years of experience in the digital field – and in cybersecurity and the digitalisation of the Tunisian public sector in particular – Syrine Tlili is joining the Inetum Group as General Manager of Inetum in Tunisia. The leading digital services and solutions group has nearly 350 employees in Tunisia. Its activities mainly address digital transition and implementation of ERP for its clients – private companies as well as public institutions – from all business sectors. Through its local presence, the Tunisian team supports all the offers of the Inetum Group by ensuring operational and technical proximity.

Syrine Tlili was previously Director General of Tunisia's National Agency for Electronic Certification (ANCE) and more recently, acting CEO of Tunisie Telecom. As a member of various committees and task forces under the Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies, she contributed to the development and implementation of several strategic projects under national investment plans. During her term as Director General of ANCE, she contributed to the implementation of the technical, organisational and regulatory ecosystem of electronic identity and digital trust on a countrywide scale. As acting CEO of the national operator Tunisie Telecom, she chaired the permanent internal audit committee and sat on the strategic committee. Syrine Tlili holds a PhD in Information Systems Security from Concordia University in Canada and an engineering degree from the National School of Computer Sciences in Tunis.

She will take over the reins from Patrice Gautier, Inetum's General Manager in Tunisia since January 2020, who will continue his career within the group as Industrial Director of the EEMEA & BELUX zone after a transition period alongside Syrine Tlili in the last quarter of 2022.

Says EEMEA Managing Director Hugues Ruffat: “With her proven experience in the new technologies sector, her sound knowledge of the local market and her leadership, Syrine Tlili will pursue Inetum's growth on the Tunisian market that was initiated by Patrice Gautier. I want to thank Patrice for his commitment and the professional way in which he served our clients and our Upscale25 strategy. He will continue to put his energy and drive into the development of the African region and the Group's solutions.”
