Inetum, the European leader in digital services and solutions, has secured a new contract: the implementation of a Human Resources Information System (HRIS), for the administrative and talent management of the Office National des Forêts (ONF). This project, carried out in partnership with Oracle HCM, is an opportunity to extend Inetum's expertise and strengthen its presence in the market for the integration of Cloud HCM (Human Capital Management) solutions.

The ONF is facing a major challenge: ensuring the sustainable management of France's public forests in a context of climate change. To achieve this, the organization is looking to improve its recruitment capacity and consolidate its HR strategy to make life easier for its employees. “We must continue to develop our employer image and strengthen the reliability of HR data within the ONF to ensure more efficient management of French forests. To meet these challenges, the ONF has equipped itself with the Oracle HCM tool." Frédérique Charles, head of the HRIS and IT department at the Office National des Forêts. “We are convinced that this project will enable ONF to attract new talent. This institution will be the first public sector customer of Oracle Cloud HCM in France. Our customers are experimenting with high value-added solutions. It's up to us to support them by helping them transform easily and quickly to gain in impact." Mohamed Abdelkader Group VP - managing Director Inetum Solutions.

Thanks to its expertise in HRIS solutions and in-depth knowledge of the public and private sectors, Inetum has been selected by the public body. Inetum will support the ONF in achieving its HR objectives. The system will go live in 2025.
