Inetum joins REDI to continue building a diverse and inclusive work environment in the company

Inetum takes another step forward in its commitment to inclusion and diversity by formalising its membership of the Business Network for Diversity and Inclusion REDI, the first ecosystem of companies and professionals in Spain that works to promote safe and respectful work environments for all people, regardless of their identity, sexual characteristics, gender expression or sexual orientation.

By joining this association, Inetum reaffirms its commitment to promote and foster an inclusive and respectful environment for LGBTI people in the company. Inetum's commitment to business practices that favour equality, inclusion, diversity, talent and social responsibility has been recognised this year with the Equality in Business Distinction awarded to Inetum by the Ministry of Equality. Equal opportunities are based both in the Equality Plan and in actions, initiatives and policies that are deployed every year in the company.

At the official act of adhesion, held in Madrid, Inetum's Director of People in Iberia Latam, Mónica Herrero, assured that the responsibility acquired is genuine and solid: "At Inetum we seek the best for all people, it is part of our purpose and our values, and in this sense, we embrace with conviction the responsibility to foster a diverse and inclusive work environment that allows us to continue building a respectful workspace with everyone and for everyone".

REDI membership gives member companies access to different resources to activate, connect and enhance LGBTI diversity and inclusion in the organisation, such as training, networking, workshops and training days, management tools and best practice programmes.

The event was attended by the following represetatives from Inetum: Monica Herrero, Director of People at Inetum Iberia Latam: Sonia Muñoz Perez Perez, Health & Diversity; and Jose Ignacio Perez Casal, Consultimg at Inetum.
