- Designing and implementing performance test plans.
- Executing load, stress, and scalability tests.
- Analyzing test results and providing actionable recommendations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address performance issues.
- Staying updated on industry trends and emerging tools in performance testing.
- Contribute with the rest of the team to continuous improvements of the development process.

- Sanity testing.
- L3 support (post-implementation support) for live applications to identify the type of impact.
- Provide effort estimates for the QA work.
- Actively participate in detailed design solutions and agile ceremonies.
- Support the development team (developers & business analysis & dev ops engineers).
- Assess feasibility, benefits and risks and provide opinions/recommendations based on the expertise area.
- Act as a buddy for junior and new co-workers.
- Planning and executing performance testing activities.
- Identifying performance bottlenecks and issues.
- Collaborating with development and QA teams to optimize application performance.
Perfil
- Web interface, using specific test applications: ALM, UFT, Selenium Jmeter, Loadrunner.
- Integration concepts (patterns, principles, technologies: Message Queues, Web services, SCA, Databases etc.).
- Issue tracking / Tasks setup: Jira.
- Operating systems: Windows, Linux.
- Databases: Maria DB, PostgreSQL, Oracle DB, IBM DB2, NoSQL (Cassandra, MongoDB etc.).
- Design tools for UML diagrams.
- IDE for API integrations (SOAP ui, Postman etc.).
- Knowledgebase shared platforms (Confluence etc.).
- Testing tools for mobile apps (Android Studio etc.).
- Knowledge of structured programming.
- GUI test automation: Selenium/Appium with Java (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in economics, Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Advanced English skills.
- Attention to details and ability to organize work.
- Min 3 years hands on overall technology experience (with Testing and Quality Assurance Management with technical solutions using ALM QualityCenter and Jira).
- Basic level on database programming (preferably on cloud like Maria DB / PostgreSQL/ Oracle / Cassandra).
- Medium experience in integrations based on API, JMS, Kafka etc. (conceptual and consuming, not developing them).
- Basic level of testing mobile apps (both Android and iOS).
- Nice to have:
- Certifications: Six Sigma, ISEB, ISTQB.
- Test performance hands on.
- Prior experience with AWS, java microservices.
- Digital services.
- Multichannel applications.
- Banking experience.
- Experience with change management and defect tracking tools.
- Knowledge of developing software using agile methodologies.
