Mission

  • Promote the way of working and the agile mindset both through everyday actions and through the practices it proposes;
  • Support the product owner in clarifying the objectives, prioritizing them and constantly managing the backlog;
  • Facilitate the change approval process;
  • Ensure that the entire team knows, understands and assumes its objectives;
  • Ensure an open, pleasant and productive working atmosphere in the team;
  • Support the transparency and resolution of impediments at squad / stream / tribe level;
  • Inspire in the team a mindset based on continuous improvement and finding actionable solutions for the problems encountered.

Perfil

  • Higher education;
  • Banking experience;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Openness, flexibility;
  • Inclination towards working with people, towards observing and modeling group/team dynamics;
  • Experience as a Scrum Master, in large companies, working in parallel with several squads;
  • Scrum Master certification;
  • Knowledge of English - advanced level.
