Mission

- Coordinating the local customer support team and providing end-user IT support
- Coordinating the distribution and monitoring of tickets and tasks for the various teams
- Promoting and participating in operational meetings with the client and the various teams
- Managing and building relationships with other internal and external teams and the client
- Creating and managing technical documentation (processes and procedures) - Creating and managing reports to monitor the operation, taking into account SLAs, KPIs and contracted OLAs
- Resource management (absences, vacations, training, etc...)
- Managing alignment between operations and service management

Perfil

- Knowledge of MS Windows and HW
- Knowledge of computer networks
- Driving license valid in Portugal (required)
- Willingness to travel
- ITIL knowledge or certification preferred
- Fluent English (required)
