Mission

We are looking for a highly qualified L3 IT Manager to join our IT team. This role involves the management of hosting, monitoring and infrastructure services, as well as level 3 technical support. Responsibilities:

• Manage services provided by Hosting partners, ensuring delivery and adequate documentation of the service;
• Coordinate and evaluate infrastructure changes;
• Review invoices related to hosting and infrastructure services;
• Support application teams in resolving problems from an infrastructure perspective;
• Manage hosting processes and incidents, work together with partners and application teams;
• Create and maintain documentation;
• Participation in Hosting Projects
• Manage the patch service
• Ensure that the monitoring application meets the organization's requirements
• L3 Support 
• Citrix Support

Perfil

• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructures and hosting;
• Knowledge of monitoring platforms (Nagios, Zabbix, Grafana or similar);
• Experience in level 3 (L3) support for IT services;
• Ability to coordinate and implement infrastructure changes;
• Knowledge of Citrix, VMware and Netscaler management tools;
• Skills in project management and ITIL practices.
• Fluent in English

Hybrid work one day a week in Lisbon.
