Inetum, a European leader in digital services and solutions, announces the opening of its new office in Braine-l’Alleud. This marks a milestone in the company’s strategy to enhance proximity and service to its clients and employees in the Walloon and Brussels region. This expansion is a testament to Inetum’s dedication to the local market and its commitment to being at the heart of where its clients operate.

Strategic location for local and international clients

Situated in the dynamic L’Alliance Business Park, the Braine-l’Alleud office will serve as the homebase for 350 of its 1500 employees in Belgium. Its central location offers excellent connectivity for Inetum employees and clients with easy access to public transport and the ring of Brussels. The new office is also well positioned to serve international clients, being just a stone’s throw away from Zaventem airport and Brussels Midi station.

The Walloon and Brussels markets are integral for the growth of our company, and we are thrilled to reopen an office here,” said Johnny Smets, General Manager of Inetum Belgium. “Following our new headquarters in Mechelen which will open soon, this new Braine-l’Alleud office serves as a clear signal of our proximity strategy. By being close to our clients, we can better understand their needs and deliver innovative solutions that drive their businesses forward.”

As with the other Inetum offices in Belgium, the office will benefit from modern workspace design to stimulate collaboration and innovation. These spaces will be optimized to support Inetum's flexible Way of Working, allowing employees to work regardless of location or time.

Recent successes in Walloon & Brussels public sector

Inetum’s dedication to the Walloon and Brussels regions is highlighted by recent project successes and key partnerships that strengthen our position in these important markets.

In collaboration with Microsoft, Inetum has successfully implemented the new financial platform for the City of Liège, which now enables us to connect other cities and provinces.

Additionally, Inetum has been awarded a framework agreement with the City of Brussels, through I-City, as the partner to industrialize their existing Microsoft-based citizen platform with a nearshore component, to establish a strong governance structure, and to assist I-City with their evolution for the coming years.
