Mission

We are looking for an Agile Business Analyst to support the evolution of the company in its transformation and implementation projects in the SCOPP ECO system, to provide SAP expertise and assist the POs in the management of the Product.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Understand a problematic context and business process, challenge the business and propose solutions;
  • Study and analyze business requirements;
  • Organize and lead workshops with technical and functional contacts to refine requirements;
  • Take in charge the design of SAP matters, functionalities (module SAP MM) for the project;
  • Liaise with the business, the Product Owner of the SCOPP ECO and Purchasing controlling team;
  • Define and write User Stories and their acceptance criteria;
  • Write the analysis documents required for changes and identification of the solution in SAP;
  • Design, specify, test and maintain API, event, file and IDOC interfaces enabling exchanges between SCOPP ECO and other information systems;
  • Define US test strategy and execute tests;
  • Collaborate with technical teams and coordinate delivery of user stories;
  • Write Technical-Functional documentation;
  • Build data migration tools for migration activities;
  • Take in charge the corrective, preventive and evolutionary product maintenance.

Perfil

  • Previous experience Agile Business Analyst – 5 years;
  • SAP BW and Hana expertise – 3 years;
  • FIORI experience;
  • SAP Technical-Functional (ABAP, BADI, USER-EXIT, SMARTFORMS, SAPSCRIPT) - nice to have;
  • Knowledge of several SAP modules an integration between them;
  • Good knowledge of integration with SAP systems (IDOC);
  • Good knowledge of integration with non-SAP systems (API: APIGEE, BRUNO, files: CFT);
  • Good general knowledge of information technology;
  • Good Data culture;
  • Experience of Agile projects and backlog management;
  • Experience of deployment projects;
  • Use of JIRA and Confluence;
  • Fluent English language;
  • French language – nice to have.

  • Autonomy, rigor, proactiveness;
  • Ability to synthesize information, team spirit and knowledge sharing;
  • Ability to explain technical issues to a non-technical audience;
  • Good adaptability and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work in a multicultural context with an Indian team;
  • Good communication.
