Mission

  • As a Salesforce Field Service Specialist, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce Field Service solutions for our clients
  • You will work closely with operations and IT teams to ensure efficient integration of field service solutions into existing business processes.
  • Implementing and configuring Salesforce Field Service
  • Customizing and optimizing field service workflows and processes
  • Integrating Salesforce Field Service with other systems and applications
  • Providing training and support to end users
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure project succes
  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance of implemented solutions
  • Staying up to date with the latest Salesforce Field Service updates and features

Perfil

  • Proven experience in implementing and configuring Salesforce Field Service (minimum 2 years)
  • Salesforce Field Service Consultant certification or willingness to obtain it within the first 6 months
  • Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform
  • Project management experience and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of field service best practices
  • Experience working with APIs and system integrations (a plus)
