Mission

  • Provides expert level business process guidance on SAP requirements and design. Responsible for designing/configuring business processes in SAP, especially SAP FI. Requires strong organization and communication skills and knowledge of SAP functional areas, with focus on SAP FI:
  • Create high quality documentation, including procedural, operational, and technical design and process flow documents;
  • Proactively identify and correct potential problems and implement improvements;
  • Creates test cases independently and helps prepare for evaluations. Runs tests and retests as necessary, executing test scripts in area of accountability;
  • Investigates defined issues with uncertain cause and solicits input in gathering data that help identify and differentiate the symptoms and root causes of defined problems;
  • Identifies test issues, reports risks and defines regression tests for current and future projects;
  • Creates traceability records, from test cases back to requirements, reporting on system quality and collecting metrics on test cases.

Profil

  • At least 4 years of experience in a functional/technical analysis role;
  • Strong knowledge of SAP FI (AA, CO, RE-FX);
  • Proven experience in implementing and customizing SAP MM (PR, Contract, PO, GR, IV), SAP FI (AA, CO, RE-FX), FI Payments, SAP HR (Personnel administration/Payroll/Payroll Payments);
  • Knowledge of SAP FIORI, S4HANA;
  • IFRS16 knowledge is a plus;
  • Expertise in financial accounting, asset accounting, VAT statements, constitutes a plus;
  • Familiar with MS Office, Teams, JIRA, Confluence;
  • General understanding of application architecture and technology;
  • Ability to deliver user stories, application requirements, and process flow diagrams on time;
  • Creative problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve systems issues;
  • Clear and effective communication skills; strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Good problem solving skills, has experience in proposing different options and solutions for approaching and resolving issues.
