  • Ensuring the Service Desk service using various logging tools for handling, tracking, resolving or forwarding incidents, requests and changes
  • Providing IT support and remote IT support
  • Ensuring the follow-up of registered tickets in order to guarantee end-to-end SLAs

Profil

  • 1/2 years of proven technical experience in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues
  • Experience in Linux and/or Windows operating systems from an advanced user perspective
  • Experience with remote access tools
  • Experience in local network support
  • Experience with Office 365
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • On-site work regime
