Mission

• Technical leadership and design of Observability solutions.
• Accompanying clients, acting as a reliable point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction at all stages of the relationship.
• Guiding and mentoring other members of the team, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Supporting clients in using the Observability platform to get the greatest possible value from it, helping to increase the performance and success of their business.
• Contributing to continuous innovation and the development of new practices and approaches in the use of APM tools, looking for ways to optimize the use of the platform for the benefit of clients.

Profil

• Experience working with APM (Application Performance Monitoring)
• Degree in Computer Engineering
• Knowledge and experience in Observability solutions for monitoring and optimizing the performance of Technology systems.
• Experience and knowledge of Dynatrace, and/or IBM Instana and Elastic solutions will be highly valued.
• Ability to design customized solutions using the features and capabilities of the tool(s) to meet specific customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Rigor, responsiveness, strong autonomy and initiative
• Strong attention to detail
• Fluent in English (valued)
