We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate technical projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS is a plus.

The Technical Project Manager will work closely with a team of 5-6 developers, including a Tech Lead, and will coordinate integration efforts across multiple feature teams. Excellent communication and persuasive skills are crucial for success in this role

Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Coordination: Align and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met and expectations are managed effectively. Collaborate with the Tech Lead to discuss project status and integration efforts.
• Negotiation and Communication: Negotiate deadlines and priorities with stakeholders. Ensure clear communication of project status, risks, and blockers.
• Risk Management: Assess and mitigate project risks. Develop contingency plans as needed.
• Reporting: Align and coordinate with line managers/senior managers, providing regular project status updates, escalating blockers, and requesting support as needed.
• Agile Methodologies: Utilize Agile methodologies to enhance team performance and project delivery. Experience with Scrum is mandatory, and knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a plus.
• High-Level Estimation and Roadmap Planning: Conduct high-level estimation of upcoming work to create and maintain a project roadmap that considers priorities, dependencies, and team capacity.
• Ticket Management: Create and manage tickets, ensuring they contain detailed information and acceptance criteria. Ensure tickets are estimated before the start of each sprint.
• Sprint Management: Prioritize and manage sprint work, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines. Facilitate refinement sessions with the team. Be able to take over the facilitation of daily standups.
• Tool Proficiency: Utilize Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation. Proficiency with Office Package is required. Familiarity with collaborative tools like Miro is a plus

Profil

•  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successfully managing technical projects.
• Solid technical background with an understanding of software development and IT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, with mandatory experience in Scrum.
• Any experience with Content management systems is a must. AEM would be ideal, but what’s important is that the concept is there.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and align diverse teams.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, or SAFe are desirable
