We are looking for a Record to Report and Payment Officer for the banking area! Are you the one?! 🧐

Our Record to Report and Payment Officer are an essential part of our projects, with their motivation to learn and growth. We have a strong footprint in Banking sector with a lot of challenges for you! 💪

As member of the Record to Report and Payment team, your main activities will be some of the following:

• performing payments of supplier’s invoices
• registering payments
• perform the Bank Reconciliations
• analyse and solve the suspens items related to bank accounts and Liason accounts.                                              

Perfil

• Bachelor/Master degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Management or similar (mandatory);
• Professional experience as accounting officer or in a similar role (mandatory);
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word and Outlook);
• Advanced knowledge of ERP system application (SAP/Oracle preferred);
• Fluency in English (preferential);
• Knowledge of French (nice to have);
• Teamwork, work under tight deadlines, flexible, proactive attitude and problem solving skills;
• Excellent communication skills; 

(Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
