« We focus on transforming technological innovations into applicable use cases in order to optimise our clients' operational processes. We keep a close watch on disruptive technologies (Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Chatbot, AR/VR, Blockchain, Data Process, synthetic data, Edge computing, ...) and make them accessible through our solutions (Bot Foundry, Intraverse, Vision Learn, Social Robotics, and more).

Innovation at Inetum is part of a structured process handled by the Group's Innovation Department under the leadership of the Chief Innovation Officer, who is a member of the Executive Committee. It is built around two components :

  1. Innovation centres or FabLabs
  2. Practices

Technological innovations

We favour an approach that brings concrete operational results fast. Our initiatives must therefore lead to market launch in the shortest possible time.

This means that we drastically preselect ideas before we get going, to ensure a high transformation rate between the idea stage and the market launch of a new concept. It also means that projects always kick off with their market launch in mind, and not merely as a technology watch.

Following the example of the platforms born from the development of major web players' SaaS products, it appears today that our digital environments are increasingly based on open-technological platforms that facilitate the creation of new service offers. To this end, as part of our activity as a software provider, we have decided to invest in the development of innovative platforms, both horizontal and vertical.
