In connection with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data, i.e. the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ("GDPR"), we inform you that:
1. The administrator of your personal data is Inetum Polska sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Wołoska 24, 02-675 Warszawa, Poland (KRS 0000008546, NIP 7790020146, REGON 008419610).
2. The personal data provided by you will be processed for recruitment purposes for a period of 24 months from the date of its delivery based on your consent (legal basis for processing: Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). You may terminate the processing of your data earlier than the end of the period indicated above by acting in accordance with clause 4 below. However, if you receive request asking your confirmation that you read and agree to this policy, and if you do not provide this confirmation under 30 days, your data will be automatically deleted
3. Providing your personal data is not a statutory or contractual requirement. You are not obliged to provide the above personal data, but failure to provide them will prevent the implementation of the above-mentioned purposes.
4. You have the right to access your data, including receiving a copy of it and rectifying it, deleting it, limiting processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object to processing, the right to withdraw consent at any time, if it has been granted. However, the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal; a statement on the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data should be submitted to the registered office of Inetum Polska sp. z o.o. or sent to the e-mail address rodo@inetum.com. Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data results in the inability to achieve the above-mentioned purposes of processing.
5. Personal data is made available by Inetum Polska sp. z o.o. to authorized employees and persons cooperating with Inetum Polska sp. z o.o. on the basis of civil law contracts, as well as to companies within the capital group by which the purpose of processing is pursued. In some cases, your personal data may be transferred to our clients for whom we carry out projects.

7. Personal data will be processed by Inetum Polska sp. z o.o. to achieve the purposes indicated in the clause 2 above and for a period indicated therein. If you object to the processing of your data for the purposes mentioned above, Inetum Polska sp. z o.o. will cease to process your data, unless it is able to demonstrate that there are important legitimate grounds in relation to this data, which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or are necessary for the possible establishment, exercise or defense of claims.
8. We do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area and to international organizations.
9. The solution implemented uses algorithms to identify key elements in the CV relating to skills, positions and academic qualifications. These will then be used to help identify CVs that come close to matching the qualifications required for the position concerned. They enable us to take into account changes in professions, training courses, etc., and ensure the best possible match. These algorithms are based on AI Deep Learning. The processing of applications and the final selection of CVs for the first qualification remain manual.
10. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of the above-mentioned personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
