VI Inetum Customer Day highlights integrated solutions to drive business efficiency

Inetum, together with SAP, was present at WOW in Vila Nova de Gaia to present and discuss cutting-edge solutions that allow companies to optimize their operations, increase productivity and drive growth.

The event, which brought together industry specialists and representatives from Inetum and SAP, had the main objective of presenting cutting-edge solutions capable of optimizing business operations, boosting productivity and fostering growth. Real case studies were presented that illustrated the transforming power of SAP solutions, allowing organizations to operate in a more integrated, faster and simplified way.

The VI edition of the Customer Day took place on June 21st and focused on SAP solutions for different industries, with showcases of SAP Ariba Spend Management, SAP ESG, SAP S/4HANA EWM, SAP DMC and the service line industrialized by Inetum, SAM – SAP Application Management.

Carlos Andrade, responsible for the project and coordinator of the purchasing unit at JAP, and Maria João Barbosa, Business Development Manager at Inetum, present at the event, highlighted “the potential of SAP Ariba solutions for expense management processes in the automotive industry”. José Tavares, COO of SAP Portugal, recognized the importance of sustainable business practices in today's world in order to maintain a relationship of trust and transparency in relations with stakeholders, focusing on the SAP ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) area.

Fátima Araújo, Inetum's Service Manager, when presenting the SAM service line, indicated how Inetum 's application support service can help customers achieve greater operational efficiency in their SAP systems.

Another topic under discussion was the maximization of logistics and supply chain operations, supported by tools such as SAP S/4HANA EWM, an advanced warehouse management solution presented by Pedro Machado, CIO of Vieira de Castro, and Moisés Teixeira, Business Development Manager at Inetum.

Isabel Brito e Faro, Senior SAP Logistics Consultant at Inetum, and Tiago Fernandes, Business Development Manager Industry 4.0 at SAP, highlighted the importance of “optimizing processes in supply chains and improving resilient, sustainable and customer-centric business processes” , with the support of SAP instruments , highlighting the Vigent client's DMC Shopfloor.

Inetum Customer Day is the annual gathering of the Inetum customer ecosystem and SAP solutions. It is aimed at customers and potential customers, promoting the discussion and presentation of integrated, fast and agile solutions, with the final objective of having a unique combination of proximity, sectoral organization and industrial quality solutions.
