Inetum is Top Employer Europe for the third time running, and Top Employer Mexico for the second time.
Top Employers Institute is the world's leading authority on human resources strategies, established over 31 years ago.
This certification rewards organizations committed to adopting the highest standards in their human resources practices.
Inetum recorded an overall increase of 3% with a score of 81.6%.
The Top Employers Institute conducts a Human Resources Best Practice Survey that evaluates organizations in six HR areas: Steer, Shape, Attract, Develop, Engage and Unite. Inetum showed significant improvement in these areas, achieving an overall score of 81.6%, an increase of 3%.
Inetum's high scores in the "Shape" (90.8%) and "Attract" (85.75%) domains reflect its commitment to creating a positive work environment and attracting top talent. The Group implemented digital HR strategies and launched SuccessFactors, a state-of-the-art HR platform, to enhance employee success and growth.
Its new culture, the Inetum Way, has contributed significantly to the progress made in terms of purpose and values, resulting in an impressive increase of 16.29%. The Inetum Way promotes digital impact, but faster, easier and for the good of all.
Inetum's commitment in the area of diversity and inclusion has resulted in an 11.65% increase over last year. The company has implemented concrete measures to reduce the gender gap, ensure pay equity and foster an inclusive and respectful environment. For example, Inetum in Spain has been awarded the Equality in the Workplace Seal by the government. Inetum has also launched a (Dis)ability program in France, Spain and Portugal to improve the employability of disabled people and guarantee equal access to the job market.
On the engagement side, the Group took a major step forward with the launch of Your Voice, its internal engagement survey, the first of its kind worldwide. The survey underlined Inetum's commitment to employee listening and achieved an impressive 80% participation rate.
