Launch of the Africa Digital Manager Award, a competition to reward digitalization projects in Africa

The french group Inetum, leader in digitalization, organizes in partnership with the Central School of Casablanca, the Africa Digital Manager Award (ADMA), a competition to reward innovation and managerial excellence of digital transformation projects in Africa, announced monday the french group.

The competition, open from December 1, 2020 to April 30, 2021, is aimed at managers of private companies or public administrations in North Africa, West Africa and Central Africa who are conducting digitalization projects in Africa. They can submit their applications on :

www.africadigitalmanageraward.com.

"To compete, participants must submit projects carried out internally or in partnership with third parties (laboratories, universities, subsidiaries or other partners). Applicants may also present a managerial method used to effectively lead one or more projects, based on agility, change management or any other performance measure. The jury will select the best entries based on their innovative or managerial excellence," explains the French group in a press release.

A jury composed of professionals and personalities of the African digital and entrepreneurial communities, recognized for their skills in their various fields will be responsible for determining the winners who will be rewarded with a registration to the "Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification program", delivered by the prestigious Ecole Centrale Casablanca, highlight the group.

This training will be fully supported by Inetum to allow the winners from the three geographical areas to follow this program. The companies employing the winning managers will benefit, for their part, from coaching and support from Inetum's consulting experts in Africa, on a strategic, managerial, operational or technological issue related to their digital projects, says the same source.

The Africa Digital Manager Award will highlight the talents and projects in digital strategies today but also encourage and inspire the initiatives of tomorrow.
