To recruit personnel and manage the recruitment process, Inetum Romania, as the data controller, collects only the personal information strictly necessary for recruitment purposes.

- Email address
- Work experience and skills
Optional Information: Information from your CV or cover letter, such as age, social media profiles, family status, recommendations, strengths, salary expectations, and interests may also be collected, but is not required for the recruitment process.
3. Use of Personal Information
Personal data will be used strictly for recruitment-related purposes, including:
- Creating a candidate profile
- Exchanging relevant information about the position and process
- Conducting interviews and follow-up
- Preparing employment offers or contracts
- Notifying you of similar job opportunities in the future
4. Data Retention Period
Your data will be stored for up to 24 months from the date of collection or update, after which it will be deleted unless required by law.

8. AI Functionalities in the Recruitment Process
The solution used by Inetum Romania is based on algorithms that identify key elements in CVs (e.g., job category, qualifications). These elements are used to help identify CVs that closely match the skills required for the position in question.
These algorithms leverage Deep Learning technology based on Artificial Intelligence to:
- Adapt to changes in professions and training programs.
- Ensure the best possible match between candidates’ skills and job requirements.
The final selection of CVs for initial qualification remains a manual decision, made by authorized personnel within the recruitment team.
