Inetum, a leading European company in digital services and solutions, is committed to promoting employability and contributing to improving opportunities in the technology field for people with disabilities through this agreement with the GoodJob Foundation, a non-profit organization whose main objective is to work for the labor integration and promotion of employability of people with disabilities.

This collaboration agreement signed by Inetum and the GoodJob Foundation to promote the labor integration of people with disabilities contemplates three phases. First, training is carried out through the #IMPACT employability programs in technology. Secondly, incorporation into the company takes place during the first year, developing during this time Supported Employment, a set of individualized support actions aimed at facilitating the worker's adaptation to the new job and which will also include technological mentoring in the company. And finally, after that first year, incorporation into the staff arrives, under the same conditions as the rest of Inetum's professionals.

Susana Prado, Director at Inetum in Catalonia, frames this agreement in the purpose of the technology company to generate a digital impact on society: "We seek to build a talent model that attracts, develops and incentivizes each person in the organization to promote that impact, at all times, and at the same time always improving and helping, valuing diversity and promoting equal opportunities. The GoodJob Foundation gives us that opportunity."

César López García, Director of the GoodJob Foundation, affirms, "Collaboration with Inetum to incorporate people with disabilities in junior positions demonstrates the company's commitment to facilitating new professional opportunities to a group that faces many barriers to entry into the technological job market. It is a joint effort that will result in greater diversity in the workforce."

The Inetum team in Catalonia is also essential for the collaboration to be fruitful: Inetum professionals get involved and voluntarily collaborate as tutors in the training and integration of selected people, thus contributing to their growth and development.
