Mission

  • Provide support to Users
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems effectively
  • Ability to resolve Hardware problems, Image Installation (PCs and network Lap in racks
  • Resolution of incidents and requests for micro computing, whether in person or remotely when applicable
  • Update tickets with details of actions performed/verified

Perfil

  • Knowledge of MS Windows
  • Knowledge of HW
  • Understanding of computer networks
  • Preference for ITIL knowledge or certification
  • Valid driving license in Portugal
  • Willingness to travel
  • Location: Aveiro, Mozelos
  • Work schedule: On-Site
