Mission

• Create process and procedure documentation• Be part of the bank's IT and non-IT projects and contribute with specific process deliverables• Work with multiple process stakeholders (often with competing/conflicting objectives) in order to ensure cohesive and reachable measure of process success• Identify impacts and linkages to the business strategies, organization and its people with the processes• Design, model and document business processes using workflow diagrams, written operational procedures and specific process architecture methodology• Contribute to the content creation and maintenance of the bank's Process Architecture

Perfil

• Interest in the domain of Payments, Cards, Cash and Machines• A working knowledge of banking industry business processes and ability to understand new processes• Attention to details, organized and structured• An understating of workflow based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to illustrate a written process description as a workflow diagram• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interview colleagues, gather business process details and identify solution requirements• Good written skills with the ability to clearly document and explain business process• Good communication skills with the ability to present specific process details to non-specific oriented audience• Ability to envisage optimization and automation that will work in the wider business environment, to understand its advantages and what its effect will be• Good understanding of the procedures and normative documents regarding the processes on Payments, Cards, Cash and Machines• Responsible for writing and keeping the procedures updated, in accordance with approved changes• A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team• Enthusiastic and willing to contribute challenging and changing the “status quo”
