Inetum, in the top 3 of IT service providers in Spain for the quality of its client management and its drive for sustainability.
- The leading consultancy firm in technological solutions climbs five places in the latest edition of the IT Sourcing report, conducted by research organization Whitelane Research and the consultancy firm Eraneos.
- Inetum, with an above-average score, leads the client account management quality KPI and takes second place in the sustainability KPI.
Inetum España ranks third among IT providers in Spain, obtaining 83% satisfaction with the services it offers to organizations, according to the annual IT Sourcing Study. A classification, elaborated by the research organization Whitelane in collaboration with the consulting firm Eraneos , in which nearly 300 CIOS of the main companies that invest in IT have participated and in which Inetum climbs five positions with respect to the previous one.
An improvement that, for Jabier Ruiz, Head of Sales of Inetum Iberia Latam, “reflects the positive trend in the perception that the market has of Inetum, positioning the company as a leader among the companies of reference in the sector. This recognition reflects the appreciation of customers for values such as the excellent quality of customer service and account management, where closeness and commitment are part of Inetum's soul”.
The study, considered one of the most representative of the outsourcing market, evaluates several indexes to establish the overall percentage of satisfaction. Among them, Inetum stands out in client management quality, where it leads this section with a score of 88% ; while it achieves a second place in the sustainability section, both for the use of technology in a sustainable way and for being a vehicle that contributes to reducing the environmental footprint or carbon emissions. Likewise, the leading company in digital services and solutions is also positioned above the average in the contribution to the transformation of companies through innovation (85% satisfaction) or in the quality of service delivery.
“In short, the high rating given to us by the managers of leading companies endorses us as the best travel companion for both public and private sector companies,” stresses Ion Ander Bordonaba, General Manager of Inetum Spain.
As a result of all evaluations, Inetum Spain is ranked in the overall customer satisfaction ranking as one of only four IT service providers recognized with “outstanding performance”.
