In order to recruit our staff and manage our recruitment process, Inetum France, as data controller, collects your personal data strictly necessary for the following processing:

  • Creation of a candidate profile

  • Exchanging information about the position and the process, and answering your questions via all communication channels

  • Organization, conduct and follow-up of interviews and tests

  • Exchange of information required to establish an offer/proposal and, if applicable, an employment contract

  • Information on recruitment events

  • Information on opportunities similar to those for which you have applied

We collect and process the following data: your surname, first name, postal address, home or mobile phone number, email address, professional experience and skills. The provision of this information is essential for the selection of candidates matching the profiles required. .

Some positions may require specific additional information specified in the job description. For example, your qualifications, certifications, driver's license, etc. In such cases, you need to provide the relevant information to continue the recruitment process for the position concerned.

In addition, your CV and/or cover letter can include other information you would like to share. For example: age or date of birth, social network address, family situation, recommendations, strengths, salary expectations, various professional modalities, interests, etc. Providing the above information is not essential to the recruitment process.

The solution implemented uses algorithms to identify key elements in the CV relating to skills, positions and academic qualifications. These will then be used to help identify CVs that come close to matching the qualifications required for the position concerned. They enable us to take into account changes in professions, training courses, etc., and ensure the best possible match. These algorithms are based on AI Deep Learning The processing of applications and the final selection of CVs for the first qualification remain manual.

Your data will be kept for a maximum of 24 months from the date of collection or updating. After this period, your data will be deleted.

Unless otherwise provided by law, regulation or court order, access to your Data is confidential, and only authorized Inetum personnel may access it for strictly internal purposes. None of the data collected is transferred outside the EU.

In accordance with the provisions of European Regulation (EU) 2016/679, known as the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), and Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 as amended, relating to Data Processing and Individual Liberties, you have an individual right to oppose, access, rectify, delete, portability, or limit the processing of your data.
